Trappy Hour

Trappy Hour is weekly queer party that takes place at 4 West Lounge in Harlem every Thursday, playing the top Hip-Hop & RnB hits.

Drinks: 4 West Lounge features 2 floors with 1 bar on each floor. The top floor bar always has at least 2 bar tenders while the lower level usually has 1 or 2. The bartenders never keep you waiting and the drinks are always strong. The first floor bar also has frozen margarita’s and rum punch that which come in handy because the bottom floor can get a bit hot. Drinks are about $12-$15.

Venue: 4 West Lounge  - 9/10

The venue is very spacious. Upstairs there is lots of lounge seating, a coat check and bathroom. However, the bar area can get a little tight because there is bar seating and the bar area also acts as a walk way between the coatcheck and bathroom area and the lounge.

Stairs connect the top and bottom floors. The bottom floor also has a bathroom, a large dance floor and bench seating along the wall with small tables where you can put your drinks.

Music: 8/10 - DJ Worthy and DJ Awesome1 are the resident DJs at Trappy Hour and they always bring the vibes. You can anticipate Hip Hop & RnB that have all the gworlz either sweeping the floor or screaming all of the words.

Energy: 9/10 - There is always good energy at Trappy Hour! The top floor is more of a chill vibe but it goes down in the basement! The crowd will rap Cardi and Nicki word for word like they wrote the song and showing off those Megan knees.

Dress Code: Casual

Food: No food. So eat before or after you pull up.

Other: There is only one bathroom on both floors so the line can get a bit long.
