Nights Like These: The Kaytranada Effect

Hosted by the Bushwick Grand, the Nights Like These party was a move intended to bring the “Kaytranada Effect” to Brooklyn and they did exactly that. With a seemingly endless selection of dance music, the audience was on vibes the entire night!

Overall: 8/10

Ticket Price: $15

Drinks: Baby’s All Right boasts 3 bars and each one was adequately staffed. Drink prices were standard for a night out in NYC. It was fairly easy to grab drinks with friends without much of a wait.

Venue: Baby’s All Right - 7/10

Music: 8/10 - Electronic, hip-house and afro-house vibes provided by stillmecca, Laporte Twins, The Whooligan, Out of Office, DICKBYAIR & Nas Leber

Energy: 7/10 - Each person was in their own groove the entire night! What more could you ask for?

Dress Code: Casual

Food: 9/10 - Baby’s All Right also features a kitchen and dining area for you to sit and eat with your friends or find a quiet spot to chat with someone new you just met! The fries are perfect if you just need something to snack on in between drinks. The food comes out fairly quickly as well

Other: Overall, we’d call the first edition of Night Like These a success for the Bushwick Grand team and a welcomed change of pace from NYC’s standard. Great if you and your friends want to hear some electronic music without feeling out of place.
